Purahome President Mario Di Franco was talking to Mr. Cheriton, a Purahome Whole Home Air customer, who came in for his replacement filters. Evaporative Humidification Model E2441 – How Does It Work?

Model E2441 is an Evaporative Cool Mist Humidifier. This appliance raises the humidity level naturally based on the self-regulating principle of cold evaporation (that is, physics!) and automatically in the desired amount. The 360° evaporator pad (wick) first gets saturated with water. The ventilator fan takes your dry room air from below the unit and pushes it through the wet 360° evaporator pad (wick). The result is naturally humidified air flow. Your Air-O-Swiss incorporates a special design so that the airflow provides an almost constant distribution of moisture, regardless of your unit’s water level. An optimal humidity level is achieved without the need for additional controls.
